The following policies are in effect:
- Services are booked via email, with replies provided by email or phone within 24 hours.
- Services are not available in locations where 911 telephone service is not assured.
- Services must be paid for at the start of the class or in advance (cited rates do not include taxes).
- Appointments cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
- Appointments cancelled by Fountain Fitness and Health will be rescheduled as quickly as possible.
